The company was founded in 2002, born out of a passion for asset management and project engineering. Our founder, Gary Kerr, in previous engineering consultancy roles, had been frustrated by the lack of customer focus and not being able, or allowed, to close work packages off properly; EPM was conceived on the basis that projects should be completed with full as-built documentation.

EPM quickly developed into a leading engineering and asset management consultancy business.
